This Privacy Policy discloses the privacy practices for Marquatica's website (the "Site"), as well as related products and services we may offer to you (the "Service"). This Policy also covers how personal and other information that we receive or collect about you and your clients ("Clients") is treated, including our use of visitor identification and identity-resolution technology described below. Please read the information below to learn the following regarding your use of this Site.
We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your account, by placing a prominent notice on our site, and by updating any privacy information on this page. Types of Information We Collect:
In order to better provide you with our Service, we collect three types of information about visitors to this Site: Personally Identifiable Information ("PII"), Aggregate Information, and Identity-Resolved Information.

When ordering products or services on the Site, you may be asked to provide a credit card number.
Aggregate Information:
This refers to information that does not by itself identify a specific individual. We gather certain information about you based upon where you visit on our Site and what other sites may have directed you to us. This information, which is collected in a variety of different ways, is compiled and analyzed on both a personal and an aggregated basis. This information may include the website's Uniform Resource Locator ("URL") that points to the site you just came from, which URL you go to after visiting our Site, what browser you are using, and your Internet Protocol ("IP") address.
Identity-Resolved Information:
This Site uses a tracking pixel supplied by a third-party identity-resolution vendor. This technology analyzes browsing signals collected during your visit — such as your device and browser characteristics, cookies, and IP address — and attempts to match those signals against consumer data licensed by our vendor from third-party data providers. Where a match is found, we may receive additional information about you that you did not directly provide to us, which can include your name, postal address, email address, phone number, employer, and demographic or financial attributes such as estimated age range, homeownership status, marital status, or estimated net worth or income range.
We use Identity-Resolved Information to identify visitors to this Site for our own marketing and business development purposes, and, in some cases, to demonstrate this technology's capabilities to current and prospective clients. This matching activity may constitute a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) and similar laws in other states. Categories of Personal Information We Collect:
Identifiers — Name, email, phone, mailing address, IP address, device and cookie identifiers. Collected directly from you and from our identity-resolution vendor. Sold or shared via identity-resolution matching.
Internet or network activity — Pages viewed, referring/exit URLs, browser type, time on site. Collected automatically. Sold or shared via identity-resolution matching.
Demographic and inferred information — Estimated age range, homeownership status, marital status, estimated net worth or income range. Collected from our identity-resolution vendor (third-party licensed data). Sold or shared via identity-resolution matching.
Commercial information — Products or services you inquire about or purchase. Collected directly from you. Not sold or shared.
How We Collect and Use Information:
Marquatica LLC does not collect PII beyond the identity-resolution activity described above unless you voluntarily provide it to us. You may be required to provide certain PII to us when you elect to use certain products or services available on the Site, including: (a) registering for an account on our Site; (b) uploading individual transaction data obtained from your third-party invoicing or accounting applications (for example, "QuickBooks," "Xero," "Clio," etc.); (c) uploading user-generated content and other information uploaded to the Site; (d) sending us an email message; (e) submitting a form or transmitting other information by telephone or letter; or (f) submitting your credit card or other payment information when ordering and purchasing products and services on our Site.
We use PII you provide directly to deliver product or service offerings to you, enhance the operation of our Site, improve our internal marketing and promotional efforts, statistically analyze Site use, improve our product and service offerings, and customize our Site's content, layout, and services.
We use Identity-Resolved Information, described above, for our own outbound marketing and business development, to build advertising audiences, and, in some cases, to demonstrate the identity-resolution technology to current or prospective clients as part of our services.
How We Protect Your Information
We are committed to protecting the information we receive from you. We take appropriate security measures to protect your information against unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure, or destruction of data. To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we maintain reasonable physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information and data stored on our system.
Sensitive and private data exchange between the Site and its users happens over a Secure Sockets Layer ("SSL")-secured communication channel and is encrypted and protected with digital signatures.
Sharing of Information
We do not sell, rent, or lease information that identifies you to third parties for their own independent marketing purposes, except as described in "Identity-Resolved Information" above: this Site uses identity-resolution pixel technology that matches your browsing activity against data licensed from a third-party consumer data provider, and this activity may constitute a "sale" or "share" of personal information under the CCPA and comparable state laws.
We otherwise share information only with service providers who perform functions on our behalf — such as hosting, analytics, payment processing, and the identity-resolution vendor described above — under contracts that restrict their use of your information to providing services to us, or to the extent necessary to process transactions or provide services you have requested.
Your Privacy Choices and Rights
Depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to:
- Know what personal information we have collected about you and how it has been used, disclosed, sold, or shared
- Request deletion of your personal information
- Correct inaccurate personal information we hold about you
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, including the identity-resolution matching activity described above
- Not receive discriminatory treatment for exercising any of these rights
Global Privacy Control: If you visit this Site using a browser or browser extension that broadcasts the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat that signal as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for that browser and device, and we suppress identity-resolution matching accordingly.
To exercise any of these rights — including opting out of the identity-resolution activity described above — use the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link in the footer of this Site, or contact us using the information in "Contacting Us" below. We will not require you to create an account to submit a request, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. We will verify your request and respond within the time required by applicable law.
Geographic Scope
This Site's identity-resolution technology is intended to operate on visitors located in the United States. We do not knowingly direct this technology at, or seek to identify, visitors located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, and this Policy is not intended to serve as a legal basis for processing the personal data of such visitors under the GDPR or UK GDPR.
